Ada Gresko BSc., CHRM, CHRP, CMLC, CMNLP

President & CEO

As president of Trisian-Global Consulting LLC, Ada focuses on providing clients with progressive Human Resources solution that are results-oriented and deliver full returns on current and future talent investments.  With over 25 years of experience in full-cycle talent management, Ada leads her team in creating strategic Human Capital solutions through customized recruiting and targeted training that focuses on developing strong leadership and management skills.  A strategic thinker, Ada delivers valuable insight and programs in the areas of Executive & Management Coaching, Leadership & Succession Planning, Organizational Development, Career Management and Transition.

Prior to founding Trisian-Global in 1999, Ada served in a variety of senior Human Resources roles with publicly and privately held firms in service-oriented industries such as: hospitality, commercial real-estate, property management and retail.  Recognized as a values-based, holistic leader, Ada has a track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Ada has extensive public speaking experience and facilitates various seminars and workshops in the United States and Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto (CHRM).  Ada is also a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) a Certified Master Life Coach (CMLC) and a Certified Master NLP Practitioner.

“Bringing hope to hazard” is her mantra and “helping others” is her passion. Both of which are demonstrated by her participation in a variety of volunteer, professional, and charitable initiatives. Born and raised in Canada, Ada happily resides in Memphis Tennessee with her husband Michael and 3 wonderful children.

Jill Watkins BBA., CLC

Manager, Administration

As Manager, Administration at Trisian-Global Consulting, LLC, Jill focuses on managing Leadership Development and Training projects for TGC clients. Jill has over 20 years of experience in strategic project management, training and e-learning. With extensive  experience and a broad range of capabilities, Jill's attention to detail, client servicing capabilities and strategic focus adds immense value in fulfilling our client mandates. Jill is a Certified Life Coach (CLC) and recently completed her Bachelors of Business Administration in Management at the University of Memphis. Jill is passionate about helping others and delivering excellence! She brings an unmatched depth of experience to our specialized training and coaching programs.

With strong leadership skills, a deep desire to help others and a results oriented midset - Jill is able to help our clients navigate through the "chaos" and achieve business objectives.   Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Jill currently lives in Memphis, Tennessee with her husband Nick and 2 Children. When not working at TGC, Jill can be found participating in community initiatives, reading, sewing, embroidering, and spending time with family and friends.
