"Bringing hope to hazard” is my mantra and “helping others” is my passion - My mission as a life coach is to help my clients unlock their full potential by clearly defining professional goals and actively pursuing them. 

My 20+ years of experience in strategic Human Resources Management have defined my life and transformed my perspective of the corporate world. I possess a keen understanding of the realities underlying corporate restructuring decisions, succession planning and leadership progression. My approach is holistic in nature and grounded in real world experiences.  I know what it takes to professionally excel! Throughout my career, I have seen so many people beaten down by their work lives and careers. I have seen the fear, stress and despondency that results from uncertainty, not knowing what to do, or how to go about achieving professional success.  I have also seen the amazing redeeming power that discovering your ideal career can have.

My professional experiences and leadership perspective are a fundamental part of who I am. I am multi-dimensional in my approach.  I am creative and analytical, visionary yet practical, rigorous, gentle-hearted and down-to-earth.  I am an expert in rebuilding people’s self-esteem and confidence, enabling them to develop to their full professional potential. I am interested in results –no ifs, no buts. 

My desire to see you succeed often creates a deeper connection and a more powerful coaching relationship with my clients. My job is to help my clients live confidently by proactively seeking real options as opposed to managing career issues based on fear and doubt. 



I completed a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario, and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto (CHRM), I am also a Certified Master Life Coach, a Certified Human Resources Professional and a Certified Master NLP Practitioner.

I spent 21 years of my professional career in Corporate America overseeing strategic project management and people development initiatives for a large company.  My ability to connect with and understand people helped me lead teams, serve diverse clients groups and develop creative solutions to everyday workplace challenges. I loved my work but deep inside I knew that something really important was missing from my career.  In 2006, I experienced a significant and unexpected career transition that “forced” me to begin the process of self-discovery – I knew that in order to move forward I needed to focus on me - I needed to find out what I was destined to do and what had been missing in my career all these years.  

I realized that my identity as a person was deeply steeped in the work that I did - I had forgotten who I was, what I had to offer and what my worth was.  I didn’t know what to do or where to start, and I almost gave up.  I realized that I wouldn't be able to do this on my own – I simply didn't know how to begin the self-discovery process and stick with it.  I decided to hire Ada to help me identify my strengths, passions and skills. I knew that I needed the support of a transition specialist to help me stay focused on the process of self-discovery and hold me accountable for my decisions.    With the help of my own coach, I was able to see myself with new eyes, let go of old fears, and let myself be who I really was.   I discovered my innate gifts!  I’ve always had a passion for encouraging people and supporting them through their careers.   I realized that my ability to energize, motivate and assist others in achieving their life / career goals was one of my greatest strengths.  Through my own impactful career transition, I found myself….my passions and my worth.  My perspective on life and career was forever changed and this inspired me to pursue dreams that I had neglected for years.   

My calling in life is to help others, and this realization motivated me to become a Life Coach and complete my BA. In my current role as a coach I feel blessed to use my innate gifts and personal experiences to help others make lasting and fulfilling life  / career changes.
